Ethernet ports are not working

Here are some steps to help identify and resolve potential problems:

 

  • Ensure that the ethernet cable is securely connected to the port.
  • Try using a different ethernet cable, or Cat5 or Cat6, or better.
  • If you have a switch connected to any of the Linksys nodes, try removing it to isolate the issue.
